Golden Springs Holiday Park is located along the Thermal Highway, midway between Taupo and Rotorua (in the North Island.)

Well suited for families and international visitors in a park-like country setting. There are paths and a boardwalk which meander through a fern glade in the lower part of the park, giving an exquisite setting to several natural thermal hot pools (free), a warm stream and summer swimming pool.

We provide Motel accommodation and Tourist Flats (all with Lounge/dining area, kitchens, bathrooms, TV), basic cabins (shared facilities), and have 20 power sites divided by mature box hedges and a variety of tent sites, all neatly mown and trimmed.

The Camp Site has a camp kitchen with fridge, deep freeze, microwave and stove. Part of the Thermal stream area is available for cyclists' only camping.
A small TV room (Local TV only) with internet kiosk & WiFi available. All the facilities are clean and attractive.
Our licensed restaurant can provide dinner/breakfast in motel units, packed lunches, and dining on Thurs., Fri. Sat. (by prior arrangement). Laundry machines available. The children's play area includes several swings, a trampoline and a flying fox. Two free gas BBQS available. Located within a 20min drive there is excellent trout fishing, boatramp, several free thermal pools & walks, a superette and numerous popular tourist destinations. We are well located for cycling holidays, providing a welcome overnight break in tranquil surroundings. We can provide accommodation for the many events that take place in both Taupo and Rotorua (eg, motor racing, various trail rides, Rotorua Raggamuffin show, Taupo Ironman, and many more sporting & social events that are within effortless reach).
